Members of the Arizona Fund Manager Association are all experienced local fund experts pursuing the development of an institutional fund manager ecosystem in Arizona. Our members utilize their current resources to forge the way for investment fund managers.

Our members are closely aligned with policy makers, legislators and regulatory authorities throughout Arizona, focusing on collaboration and promotion of the state. Our team is proactively engaged in Arizona’s economy, drawing upon the expertise and experience of local institutional investors and emerging managers.

    AFMA encourages local investment as part of its ESG initiatives, highlighting the value of supporting Arizona-based funds for family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors. AFMA Ethos:
Members pledge to uphold the AFMA Ethos and as a result shall carry themselves, and conduct their businesses, in a manner consistent with the Ethos, both inside and outside of organizational events.

Employee Transitions: AFMA recognizes that employees may explore new opportunities across the industry. Members are encouraged to follow best practices by engaging openly, respecting existing employment commitments, and ensuring transitions are handled in a professional and ethical manner.

Investor Engagement: AFMA Members should approach investor relationships with respect and transparency. While Members may pursue their own fundraising efforts, it is considered best practice to be mindful of existing relationships and to foster goodwill by maintaining professionalism and open communication.

Slander: Members will not slander, defame, or permit libel of a current Member.

Confidentiality: Members understand that AFMA is a private organization dedicated to building trust between its Members and encouraging Member professional growth through collaboration. As a result, all of the discussions, correspondence, and materials shared between Members are to be treated as extremely sensitive and highly confidential information and cannot be shared with anyone not in attendance at such meetings.
