Premium Fund Manager Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in membership in the Arizona Fund Manager Association. In order to maintain our institutional brand, all AFMA members must demonstrate that they meet operational due diligence standards and be approved by the AFMA Membership Board. 

Please note that this is a preliminary application and all memberships are at the final discretion of the AFMA membership committee and subject to review. As such, memberships can be refunded based on their failure to meet certain membership policies.
